Ingredients
- 10 garlic cloves, peeled
- 0.25 cup aquafaba (liquid from canned chickpeas)
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 0.75 cup avocado oil
- 1 tbsp ice water (if needed)

Place the garlic cloves and sea salt into a food processor.

Add the aquafaba and blend until smooth.

With the processor running, slowly drizzle in the avocado oil in a thin, steady stream.

Alternate between small amounts of oil and lemon juice until all have been incorporated.
