Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups ice-cold water
  • 0.5 tsp sea salt
  • 0.5 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint (optional)
  • 1 Fresh mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions

    Add the yogurt, cold water, and sea salt to a blender.

    Blend for 30–60 seconds until completely smooth and frothy.

    Stir in the chopped mint if using.

    Taste and adjust the salt if desired.

    Pour into chilled serving glasses over ice.
