Ingredients
- 200 g (7 oz) dried apricot leather (Qamar al-Din sheets)
- 6 cups cold water
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp orange blossom water
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Ice cubes
- 1 Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- 1 Dried apricot slices for garnish
Instructions

Cut the apricot leather into small pieces.

Place the pieces into a large bowl with the cold water.

Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight until softened.

Transfer the softened mixture to a blender.

Blend until completely smooth.

Stir in the honey, orange blossom water, and lemon juice.

Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

Chill until ready to serve.
