Ingredients
- 1 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp harissa paste
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp chopped fresh mint
- 0.25 tsp ground cumin
- 0.25 tsp smoked paprika
- 0.5 tsp sea salt
- 1 Fresh parsley for garnish
- 1 Extra olive oil for drizzling
Instructions

Place the Greek yogurt in a medium bowl.

Add the harissa paste, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, mint, cumin, paprika, and salt.

Whisk until completely smooth and well combined.

Taste and adjust the harissa or lemon juice if desired.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
