Ingredients
- 4 cups low-fat milk
- 0.25 cup cornstarch
- 3 tbsp cold water
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp rose water
- 0.5 tsp orange blossom water (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 Dried edible rose petals for garnish (optional)

In a small bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in the cold water until smooth.

Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat until warm but not boiling.

Whisk in the cornstarch mixture.

Continue stirring constantly until the pudding thickens.

Remove from the heat.

Stir in the honey, vanilla, rose water, and orange blossom water.

Pour into individual serving bowls or glasses.
